Nancia Leath, MA, LPC, NCC, is a person who loves seeing people live out their God given purposes. This desire is one of her reasons why she chooses to be a devoted wife, a caring mother, a loving daughter, a good sister, dependable friend, Motivational Speaker, Mental Health Trainer, Author, Entrepreneur, Life Coach, Ordain Minister of the Bible, and Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPC).

Nancia Leath is also a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a credential given by the National Board for Certified Counselors (Board-Certified). Nancia graduated with Honors from Argosy University, Atlanta, GA with a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology, with emphasis in Professional Mental Health Counseling. She was granted lifetime membership in Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology in recognition of outstanding scholastic achievement and excellence at Walden University. Nancia also has extensive education, training, and experience in the mental health field. Nancia has over 15 years of counseling, industry, and private practice experience. She combines her clinical counseling expertise with her business knowledge to offer clients a unique perspective of problem solving.

Nancia is known for a warm, relaxed, direct, and comfortable approach to counseling. Nancia is an Integrative Psychotherapist, which means that she utilizes a variety of orientations and therapies, according to the client's individual needs. Nancia‘s clinical experience includes inpatient/outpatient settings, substance abuse clinics/residential, mobile counseling services (homes of clients), Internet counseling services, at-risk adolescent group homes, family services agencies, mental health hospitals, and private practice. Her clients range from large corporations to small- and family-owned businesses, to non-profit agencies and individuals. Specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar, substance abuse, anger management, personality disorders, behavioral issues, job-related difficulties and career related issues, individual/personal coaching, life transitions, employee assistance, family/couple therapy, and individual outplacement assistance.

Nancia is the author of “Emancipate in Your Chair,” a book written to encourage others to live out their purposes and not abort their dreams. She has been on Steve Harvey show and written for mental health columns in the United States. Mrs. Leath has spoken to hundreds of people around the world in all different formats to help individuals increase confidence, accept culture diversity, learn importance of mental health, understand the revolving door in substance abuse, steps to gain unity in marriage/relationships, behavioral modification, team building, parenting skills, and so much more. Nancia considers herself blessed to be able to work in a profession that she truly loves and feels passionate about. Nancia also consider it to be such a privilege to be invited into her clients' inner lives, and to travel the journey with them through healing, change, and self-empowerment. Nancia currently works at Emory Healthcare Hospital as a Mental Health Therapist. She is the owner of Inward Core Healthcare Services, which is a private practice (www.inwardcorehealthcare.com), Appointed to be on GA DBHDD Region One Planning Board by Forsyth County Board of Commissioners, and Executive Director of Teens Helping Other People (TeenHOP), a volunteer program for preteens and teenagers (www.teenhop.com)
